This foam RC Plane repair video is after practicing my driveway landings and take-offs. At this point I'd only been flying this beauty for a total of about 2 - 3hrs hours. The last attempt to take off again after a pretty successful landed resulted in the first major breakage of my brand new toy 🙁 These foam planes are pretty easy to fix and get flying again so if you are a noob like me, don't panic! As a beginner and after only ever flying the Volantex Mini Warbird for a short time, I rather quickly invested in a Spectrum NX8 transmitter and the Umx Timber Turbo Evolution. These are my very first flights with a real RC Plane and a fancy Transmitter. This video is a couple of days after my maiden flight of my brand new UMX Turbo Timber Evolution that nearly ended in tears because the wind caught it! I got it down by turning it off safe mode and pointing it at the ground but it was pretty close to a disaterous maiden. Feel free to like and subscribe as I get stuck into this very addictive hobbie!

I got it down by turning it off safe mode and pointing it at the ground. I have come to the conclusion that these little RC Planes are actually very hard to destroy! This is my first RC Plane ever although I have had the usual RC Cars, mini helicopters and stuff like that they have not lasted as long as the plane has. BTW I have been known to kill my toys in 1 or 2 battery charge cycles ... not proud of it but the truth of the matter is I am hard on my toys This little RTF P-51D Warbird comes with everything you need to get flying however, it seems to fly so fast when trying to get use to the controller. The switchable beginner mode definately makes this little beauty realtive easy to learn to fly and it is so tough too! I have had countless crashes but the prop protecter allows the prop to pop off saving the motor etc. I just put the prop back on and off she goes again! At this point I have only had an hour or so flying time and I am probably already addicted to RC Planes. Hard to Destroy - Learning to fly my VOLANTEX P-51D MUSTANG Mini Warbird
This is a ready to fly (rtf) Airplane so it is perfect for the beginner - which is me! First launch didn't go according to plan, but you will see that it does indeed fly 😀 BTW: there are instructions included to launch but surprisingly none that I saw, to land LOL!
